Bridgewater Cosmetic Dentist Payment Information

1.CREDIT CARDS including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, Cash, and Personal Check.

2. Pre-Authorized Payments. Upon approval, we can accommodate you by having you sign a credit card authorization card.  Your card will be charged the allotted amount during the course of treatment. This helps you avoid large amounts of interest. A down payment will be required.

3. Outside Dental Financing. We offer interest free financing for approved patients through Care Credit. You can apply online at your convenience through the Care Credit website or ask one of our financial coordinators for assistance.

4. Senior Citizens (Age 65 or over) Discount of 10%. As a courtesy to anyone 65 years old and older we will gladly discount our fee by 10% if services are paid in full at the time of treatment.  (Discount applies to standard rates only and is not combinable with any other offers including insurance and insurance PPO plans)
